True Confections Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin pie is fairly easy to make; you just fill a pie shell with a mixture of sweetened pumpkin and cream, then bake. We have tried many pumpkin pies over the years, and this one is what we are looking for in this traditional Thanksgiving dessert. It has a creamy texture, a clean pumpkin flavor, and good color.
