No Thanksgiving is complete without pumpkin pie, but all pumpkin pies are not created equal. There are, of course, various things that can be done with seasonings, crusts, and other ingredients to make a pie unique and memorable. What we have done here is provide our pumpkin pie recipe along with a number of variations. Our favorite invention is among them.
