Method
- Set aside the number of berries you need for decoration.
- Combine the remaining cranberries, the water, and the granulated sugar in a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until the berries start to soften and split, about 5 minutes.
- Puree the mixture, then pass the puree through a strainer. Use as directed.
