Method

  1. Cream together the goat cheese, mascarpone, and sugar.
  2. Combine the heavy cream and the eggs, beating for a few seconds to incorporate. Gradually add the egg mixture to the cheese mixture, blending until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps.
