Ingredients

Method

  1. Chop both chocolates into small chunks. Place in a bowl over a bain-marie and melt together. Remove from the heat, but keep warm.
  2. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
  3. Whip the egg yolks and sugar for about 2 minutes; the mixture should be light and fluffy.
