The spectacular chocolate twirls featured in the presentation can be utilized to decorate many desserts. They are especially appropriate with chocolate offerings, and I use them frequently to top a slice of chocolate decadence cake or to decorate Chocolate Ganache Cake instead of using a cookie butterfly.
