Honey mandarins are wonderfully sweet but they contain a lot of seeds, which makes them better suited for juicing than for eating out of hand. To make other citrus sorbets, such as orange, tangerine, or tangelo, simply substitute the desired juice for the mandarin juice in the recipe.
