Passion fruit pulp gives this fluffy parfait a refreshingly perfumed taste and enticing aroma that are indisputably tropical. Fortunately, neither the scent nor the flavor dissipates through storage or freezing. The small black seeds of the passion fruit are fully edible, although not everyone enjoys their crunchiness.

I prefer to leave them in for texture and character. If you prefer to remove the seeds, warm the pulp (do not boil) until the seeds loosen. Pass through a strainer an
