Method

  1. Place the water, honey, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool at room temperature.
  2. Beat the mascarpone cheese for 1 or 2 minutes or until smooth. Add the crème fraîche and mix to combine. Gradually incorporate the syrup into the cheese mixture.
