  • About

Successful chocolate roses can be created from a properly made, firm, modeling chocolate only — one that may require a few extra minutes to work into a malleable paste. Very warm working conditions make it hard, if not impossible, to make chocolate roses.

Ingredients

  • ½ recipe Dark, Milk, or White Modeling Chocolate (preceding recipes)

Method

  1. Work the chocolate to make it soft and pliable.
  2. Following the directions for Marzipan Roses, form the chocolate.
