These extraordinary-looking spider decorations are designed to serve as small pedestals on which to place a dessert component. They are a great way of adding height and interest to many presentations. The spiders can be made in just about any size and with varying numbers of legs — they don’t need the technically correct eight — by choosing a Flexipan that corresponds to the size of the dessert to be placed on top. Typically, you will use a pan the same size as the one the dessert was baked
