Curly Cues

Chances are good you will be a bit frustrated initially when these thin, narrow cookie strips break in your hands as you attempt to form them — but do not give up. Your fingers will soon become used to the heat, allowing you to wind the strips fast enough to keep them from breaking. Remember: If making curly cues were easy, everyone would do it, so these are a great way to show off a little.
