  • About

These chocolate waffle cookies are thin and crispy like thin pizza crust. The distinctive pattern comes from baking the cookies in a waffle cone maker. You can also use a traditional pizzelle maker.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons ( oz/75 g) unsalted butter
  • ¾

Method

  1. Line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool slightly. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, and salt.
