Instead of a plain piece of acetate, the chocolate may be spread onto a decorated or printed transfer sheet.
- – Cover the acetate or transfer sheet with a thin layer of chocolate.
- – After spreading, immediately comb the chocolate.
- – Release the chocolate from the marble.
- – Curl or twist the strip.
- – Let the curled strip rest in a half tube in order to hold its shape.
- – Release the finished curls from the transfer sheet strip.
