Creating a Rose

You can never go wrong with roses. Roses are probably the most commonly made type of modeling paste flower, and they are ideal for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and any other festive event. Most people like roses and they are requested often, so it is very important to master this technique.

When forming a rose from modeling chocolate, if the petals become too soft from handling, simply let them rest on the marble for a minute and then resume working.
