Name: Creating a Woven Basket
Ingredients: On the same template used to cut out the base, mark small circles in an evenly spaced pattern around the border of the template. Place the template over the cut-out base, and using the dots on the template as a guide, make impressions in the chocolate with a knife.; To create the chocolate sticks, fill a drinking straw completely with melted chocolate, then refrigerate for 5 minutes. Unmold the sticks by pushing the chocolate out of the straw using a skewer. Cut each piece into sticks 1½ to 2 in/38 to 50 mm long. You will need the same number of sticks as there are dots on the chocolate base.
