Method

Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or two knives until incorporated as pea-size pieces. With a fork, stir in the grated cheese, then add the bacon bits and stir until evenly distribute
