  • ½ cup (125 mL) softened unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves of peeled garlic

Method

In a small roasting pan, combine the peeled garlic and olive oil. Cover with tin foil and cook in a 360°F (180°C) oven for about 25 minutes, until the garlic is soft and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
