In an electric mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, mix the butter on low speed until soft and creamy. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Remove the tip of each dried fig with a chef’s knife and cut into quarters. Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces. Add the figs, dried cranberries and sea salt to the creamy butter and mix for 1 minute on low speed.</
