Method

In an electric mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, mix the butter on low speed until soft and creamy. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Using a chef’s knife, chop the dried mushrooms into small pieces. Add the mushrooms, sea salt and truffle oil to the creamy butter and mix for 1 minute.
