  • 3 medium yams
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel the yams and cut them into 3-inch (8 cm) long, ½-inch (1 cm) wide sticks. Place the yam sticks in a large bowl and then add olive oil, salt, orange zest, honey, garlic, sambal oelek, rosemary, bourbon and black pepper to taste. Toss everythin
