When you bake with peaches, you know you are well into summer’s barbecue season. That means spending leisurely time with family and friends. Put this cobbler on the menu to inspire some sweet baking memories—hopefully the generous addition of bourbon won’t turn these into fuzzy memories.

Peach Filling

  • 6 fresh peaches
  • ¾ cup (180 mL) light brown sugar
