This spicy salad is one of the half dozen or so condiments that traditionally accompany Korean grilled meat dishes. I first sampled it at Samwon Garden, a mammoth restaurant in Seoul that takes an almost Disneyesque approach to Korean barbecue. The salad acquires its peppery bite from three sources: watercress, mustard greens, and wasabi (Japanese “horseradish”). Wasabi is available at Asian markets, natural foods stores, and specialty food shops. If unavailable, use prepared horseradish. S
