OK, OK, I know this dish is traditionally made with chicken, not salmon, and it’s supposed to be deep-fried, not grilled. But I can think of few experiences more pleasurable than cutting into a smokily grilled piece of fish to release the fragrant squirt of melted herb butter inside.
