  • About

This type of bread, known as paratha, is traditionally a rich, unleavened bread that can be plain or stuffed. This version, Aloo Paratha, is stuffed with spiced potatoes, and olive oil is used instead of ghee. The wholesome taste of the flour used more than makes up for the absence of ghee or butter.

Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb/4 cups wholemeal (whole-wheat) bread flour, plus extra for dusting

Method

  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes or until all traces of stickines
