Coconut balls

Snow-white coconut balls, scented with ground cardamom, are made during all kinds of festivals in the Assam and West Bengal regions of India. Narikolor Laddu are similar to coconut ice, but the process of making them is much simpler, so they are a quick and easy alternative for a home cook. For an irresistible treat, dip some of the balls into melted, rich dark chocolate and cool.
