Papaya and yogurt make a very healthy combination, and this drink, Papita Lassi, is an ideal way to start the day or revive the body and senses in the afternoon. Rose water adds an exotic touch, but you could omit it or replace it with orange blossom water if you prefer.
Cut the papaya in half lengthways, and remove the seeds and the white pith with a teaspoon.
Chop the papaya flesh roughly into small pieces, reserve a few pieces for a garnish and place the rest in a blender or large bowl.
