Butter Balls

Even though holiday meals with my family are so huge we rarely have room for dessert, it wouldn’t be Christmas without Grandma Stella’s butter balls. I’m convinced years of rolling meatballs has helped her perfect the technique—you can’t dawdle or the butter gets melty between your fingers. Full or not, everyone in your family will toss back a few. Thanks, Grandma.
