Anytime I think of these cookies, my mouth puckers a little bit—in a good way. The batter is made with almost equal quantities dark brown sugar and fragrant sesame seeds, and it comes together in a tart-sweet, nutty caramel flavor in your mouth. Whether I owe it to that or to the fact these can be made in 10 minutes with no mixer, these are my go-to for a last-possible-second sugar fix.
