Flaming Banana

HERE's the perfect topper to cut the salty-spicyness of Romertopf's Beggar's Chicken or Lamb Curry. Be sure the bananas are on the slightly greenish side, much better for cooking, in contrast to eating bananas, which are not ready for consumption until the skin is liberally freckled with brown spots.
