Pie Crust

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup shortening
• 1 teaspoon

Mix the flour, shortening, and salt until crumbly. Add the cold water and mix lightly. Place the dough between two sheets of waxed paper and roll to the desired size.
