Gather the limeflowers on a sunny day, in late June or early July, dry in the sun or a warm place and store in bottles in the dark. Infuse for a few minutes in boiling water and sweeten with honey if liked. This is a very soothing tea and is an aid to digestion, so is often taken after an evening meal.
