Mint, parsley, rosemary and sage are all good herb teas. Mint serves as a digestive; parsley is supposed to be helpful for slight attacks of rheumatism; rosemary is a good pick-me-up and soothes colds, and sage soothes sore throats. Allow them to infuse in boiling water for 30 minutes and sweeten with honey.
