  • 1 pint/500 ml orange
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • ½


Strain the orange and lemon juice. Put into a pan with the water and boil for 10 minutes. Stir in the sugar over low heat until dissolved. Boil hard to setting point. Pour into small hot jars and cover.
