Ingredients

  • 4lb/2 kg cranberries
  • Ā¾ pint/375 ml cider vinegar
  • Ā¼ pint/125 ml water
  • 3lb/1.5 kg sugar
  • 1 oz/25g ground cinnamon
  • Ā½ oz/15g ground cloves
  • Ā½ oz/15g ground allspice

Method

Put all the ingredients into a pan, bring to the boil, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring well. Pour into hot preserving jars and seal tightly.
