Ingredients

  • 4lb/2 kg apples

Method

Peel, core and chop the apples and pears. Skin and chop the tomatoes. Put all the ingredients into a pan. Stir well and simmer for 2 hours until golden brown and thick, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Put into hot jars, cover and seal.
