  • fresh mint leaves
  • Egg white
  • granulated sugar


Use fresh green mint with well-shaped leaves. Beat egg white stiffly and coat both sides of the leaves. Coat with sugar and put on a wire rack covered with waxed paper until dry. Store in a tin between layers of waxed paper.
