Ingredients

  • 8 large ripe apricots
  • 4 oz/100 g sugar

Method

Slice the apricots into a jar. Crack six of the stones and extract the kernels. Put the kernels into the jar with the sugar and brandy. Seal tightly and leave for 4 weeks, shaking the jar each day. Filter into bottles.
