Ingredients

  • 1 lb/450 g ripe raspberries
  • 4 oz/100 g sugar
  • 2 pints/1 litre brandy

Method

Put the raspberries and sugar into a jar and cover with brandy. Seal tightly and leave for 4 weeks. Filter into bottles.
