These dough squares can be bought as “won ton” skins, which is the Americanization of “wan tun.” They come in 1-pound packages, usually 90 to 100 skins to the pound, and in varying thicknesses. I prefer the thinner ones, and because of this I recommend that you buy the skins since commercial dough makers can make them far thinner than you will be able to do in your home.
