  • cups flour (same brand called for above)
  • tablespoons lard


  1. Place flour on work surface, make a well in center, add lard, and work mixture together with fingers.

  2. Using dough scraper, gather and knead dough, as above. When solid and smoothly soft, set aside in plastic wrap until ready to use.
