• 6 ounces butter at room temperature
• ¼ pound Gold Medal flour

Cream butter in bowl and add flour. Mix until it becomes like icing, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Using these 2 doughs, follow the instructions for making Egg Custard Tarts.
