  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ to 1


  1. In a large mixing bowl, place the flour, baking soda, and salt. While stirring constantly with chopsticks, slowly add the boiling water. Continue stirring constantly until all of the flour has absorbed all the liquid.
