  • ¼ cup Scallion Oil, see above
  • ½ cup dark soy sauce
  • tab


  1. Heat wok over medium heat. Pour in Scallion Oil, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir clockwise until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and begin to boil.

  2. Turn the heat off. Pour the sauce into a bowl and allow it to cool to room temperature. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until needed.
