  • ½ cup dried hot red pepper flakes
  • ¾ cup sesame oil
  • ¾ cup


  1. Place all the ingredients in a large jar and mix well.

  2. Close the jar tightly and place in a cool, dry place for 4 weeks. The oil will then be ready for use.
