  • 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks
  • 6 oz butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Toast or cooked bacon or kidneys
  • Salt and pepper


    Put the eggs, egg yolks, butter and water into a thick saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir over a low heat until thick. Serve on toast, or with bacon or kidneys.
