Mince the liver, bacon and onions. Place all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Form the mixture into eight balls and roll in flour. Pack closely together in a baking tin. Bake in the centre of the oven at 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4 for thirty minutes. When cooked, divide with a knife and serve with a rich brown gravy and pease pudding.
