Ingredients

  • 6 oz. rindless streaky bacon rashers
  • 4 river trout
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

    Method

    Line an ovenware dish with the slices of bacon. Split and clean the trout and put them on the bacon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley. Cover and bake at 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4 for twenty minutes.
