  • 2 pints thick sour milk
  • 1oz butter
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • chopped fresh herbs


    Scald the sour milk until the curd separates from the whey, but do not boil. Add all other ingredients except the herbs and beat well. Add herbs to taste.
