Honey Cheesecake

• 4oz cottage cheese
• 2oz honey
• 2oz

Blend together the sieved cottage cheese, honey, sugar, cinnamon and eggs. Line a pie plate with shortcrust pastry and fill with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle thickly with a mixture of cinnamon and caster sugar and bake at 375°F, 190°C, gas mark 5 for thirty-five minutes.
